Camp Reflection
On Wednesday morning I went to camp we all were in our lines . The year 5 and 6 children were the only ones who went to camp. First we played top town. It was hard. I was in the Band and we were versing the Force. We had to work as a team. We lost we nearly made it but they put up their flag first. Then it was morning tea we all ate .
Next, Mr Sommerville took us to cooking. We made afghans and the chocolate icing to go on top. When the bell rang it was lunch time .I raced back to Mr Sommerville and I ate with my cousin she was on my team. Lunch had finished and we all walked to the hall. I saw roller blades and basketballs and I saw tennis tables with bats. Mr Sommerville said we were allowed outside and in the Breeze. First I went to play on the rollerblades I was racing with my friend it was a tie.
Then it was changeover I was playing basketball with my cousin I shot the ball into the hoop it went in then when it was time to change over to the last game. I went to the table I got a bat for me and my friend Trinity we started to play she whacked the ball hard then I whacked it back she missed the ball again but time was over. We had to have ball and I had a point I was going to hit the a shower. So I got my stuff ready we walked to the shower I was in the shower washing my beautiful hair then I got out the shower and got changed when I got back to camp we had hotdogs for dinner and after that we watched Mr Poppers Penguins then I got so tired that I went to bed.
I liked camp for camp. I want to improve being good.

Swimming Reflection
This is my Swimming Reflection
Have you ever been swiming before ? Every day for the past week room 13 has walked to the Glen Innes swimming pools. We went there to have a 30 minute swimming lesson. We have been having the lessons so that we can learn to be safe in the water.
It is important for us to learn to stay afloat so we can be safe. I was in group 1 with Toby. He was showing us how to have straight arms on the top of the kickboard. This was to help us get better at doing freestyle. He then showed us how to use crocodile hands at the bottom of the board. We also learnt how to do streamline swimming. Once we had learnt all of these skills Toby helped us to practice our freestyle by holding our boards while we were doing arm circles and kicking.
One thing I need to keep practicing is my streamline because I keep bending my arms when they should be straight. Something I am not good at is staying afloat in the water but if I keep practicing I will get better.
